Terms and Conditions for Mashroob Cafe

    • Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days.
    • Shipping costs are calculated based on courier fees.
    • Tracking information will be provided.
    • Unsuccessful deliveries will be handled as per our policy.

  6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

    • Returns are accepted under specific conditions within 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
    • Refunds are processed bank transfer within 30 days.
    • Orders can be canceled only under5 business day cooling-off period, as per the CPA.
    • Cancellations before dispatch do not incur any fees
    • Once dispatched, cancellations are treated as returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping

  7. Warranties and Disclaimers

    • Products are sold "as is" without implied warranties, except as mandated by the CPA.
    • We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
