Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our trusted South African carrier partners (e.g., Courier Guy, Aramex, DHL, etc.) with tracking. A signature may not be required upon delivery, but if you prefer this option, please contact us before placing your order, as additional costs may apply. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package.
Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order to minimize costs, as we cannot combine separate orders.
Your items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely, with special care taken to protect fragile objects. However, packages are dispatched at your own risk. If you receive a damaged item, please inspect it upon arrival and report any issues within 3 days.
